Here you will find some of the most commonly asked questions about our competitions and how it all works. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, then contact us.
A limited number of tickets are sold for each competition, each contestant is assigned a ticket number.
Every competition on our website has an end date and time, this is displayed on each competition page under the ‘Competition Details’ tab. You can also see how long is left via the countdown timer.
An email is sent out making contestants aware of the draw and the results are posted on our Facebook Page and website. Once you have won the prize, our team will be in contact to arrange for delivery of your prize.
After successfully contacting the winner, we aim to have their prize delivered within 21 days.
The winner can also choose to pick up the prize from our head office & studio in Rossendale, if they wish.
You can tune into the live draw where we pick the winners at random live on air.
Or, if you don’t tune it or you miss the live draw. We will contact you after the draw has taken place and arrange delivery of your prize.
To ensure we run legal competitions on our website, by law entrants must be able to demonstrate skill, knowledge or judgement before entering. Therefore, you will find a question on every competition we run on this site.
Competitions on our website are open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.
After the winner has been selected, we will contact them via the details they have provided. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, they will be disqualified and the prize will be rewarded as a bonus in the next promotion.
In most instances, we would be happy to provide a cash alternative to the winner. This will be decided on each of the prizes. However, we have the right to refuse the cash alternative for any of our competitions. We would always advise to contact us before the draw and make us aware if a cash alternative is your preference.
